H beam Festoon System is one the methods providing power for the overhead crane.
Travelling wheels size: DIA86 DIA73 DIA55
Bearing capacity: 50-150kg
Cable layers: single layer, double layer, three layer.
System includes towing trolley, end cable fixing device, middle trolley.
Installation instruction:
 
1 after the installation of the cable fixing device, weld a stooping plate.
2 adjust the towing trolley, keeping the towing pad of the trolley from bumping during the whole
Travelling
3 cable length = 1.2*crane span +8m
4 the length of the cable is the same with the steel rope.
5 make sure all the cables clamped with rubber pad.
6 balance the cable plate bearing capacity.
7 adjust the double pad to suit the I beam.
