The HXDL cable hanging system components: cable track (cable rail), trolley, flat cable, hanging bracket, coupling, top and end device.
The festoon system is widely applied to the mobile device power transmission system in the filed of Tobacco machinery,
railway good yard and the port, etc.

Components:
1. C rail
The trolley moving in the C rail
Include straight track abd curved section with R more than 500mm.
The length for the straight section is 4m.
It is extended with the coupling.
2. Cable trolley
Towing trolley
The towing trolley, it drives the middle trolley move along the track.
Four fully enclosed ball bearings, flexible,applied to the dense dust occasion.
Middle trolley
Wheel: fully enclosed ball bearing
Cable clamp: curved soft rubber cushion
The bumper is installed in case of impact.
3.Coupling
Cold-rolled steel sheet.
Bolting locking.
Extending the track.
4. Hanger bracket
Bolt locking.
5. Top and end device
Top device
Be installed at the top of the track to fix the cable.
Cable is connected to the power supply box and cable trolley.
End device
Prevent the trolley slide out of the track.
6.Tow arm
Fix the top trolley and the middle device.

Hanger: every 2 meter
Middle cable trolley: every 2 meters
Coupling: same with the track numbers
Top trolley: every line one set
Two arm: one piece each line
Top and end device: one set each line
Steel rop: L=1.2xtrack length +length of trolley stored + length to power source.
